What i wanted vs what i got. For £170. Left crying. Not once i was told this was going to look like this. If she told me she couldnt do it i simply wouldnt have come and wasted my money. Very upset and disappointed. The girls reaction was that it looks good trying to gaslight me & tell me that they have told me it will look dark, basically blaming it on my hair because they didnt want to loose out on money. Not once i was told. And i asked a million times if the hair is even and if it will all be white she said yes every time. Horrible experience.
