Avoid!!! Worst hair cut of my life!! Lady in charge booked me for an appointment at 11:30 with her colleague. Then called me at 10:20 to ask if I could come at 11 (the time I wanted originally) to see her instead. I agreed and rushed to get there at 11 just for her to keep me waiting until 11:30 to see the other lady. No apology for this. She spoke poor English and judging by how she cut my hair, I don't even think she's ever been trained. Lady in charge was also pushy when I talked about the length I wanted my layers and when I complained that I wasn't happy with my hair. She then slipped out of the salon without saying anything while [trainee?] continued with my hair. She didn't apologise to me once, not for keeping me waiting, not for not cutting my hair after saying she would, not for ignoring what I said I wanted, and not for what her untrained colleague did to my hair.

The lady did my hairs and just made them white highlights instead of my colour choice. Then I asked her to at least colour the white hairs you dyed. She just coloured them according to her but not what I asked for, I won’t suggest it bcz she was not ready to accept her mistake. And just asked me to keep waiting until the colour turns by itself. And asked me to pay full. But is not ready to colour them of my choice.
