I was running late and ENZO were amazing, still managed to fit me in for my Groupon Colour Cut and blow dry.
Gave me great advice for my hair and I would have no hesitation in recommending my friends and family to ENZO.
My family loved my hair cut and my experience left me with a wonderful thought that finally I found good hairdresser!

This is absolutely the worst place you can possibly go. Do not go there even if it is a last resort. The manager is unprofessional and does not know how to run a business. Her customer service is horrible. I was running a little bit late and she cancelled my whole treatment but still made me pay for it. Horrible place

she advised combination of a few procedures to target different issue starting with microdermasbrasion followed by almond peed, plasma pen and dermapen
I was truly impressed with the recommendation and I am in the middle of the sessions .

I've been here regularly for a deep tissue massage for the last 6 months. Initially, I chose this salon based on the great Groupon customers reviews about Magda, and believe me, she didn't disappoint my expectations. She is professional, always made me feel comfortable and gave me her advice as a qualified therapist .I am really happy I finally found her ! Now I am trying the lipomassage, hopefully I will achieve great results!

I had a Groupon massage with Albina today which was truly amazing, best massage I ever had, I also discovered that Enzo does Endermologie and booked my sessions, I used to have it done in another salon and was not sure if therapist would be as good . The manager offered me a trial session and it was fantastic- Julia the Endermologie specialist was very experienced

It was well spend afternoon i relaxed and found new favourite.

I found Groupon voucher for colour application service, called to enquire what this service exactly is. Lady on the phone explained that it’s a bring your own colour service and it will be professionally applied in the salon.
I was amazed did not expect it so I purchased my group on and took my usual box of colour garnier nutrisse cream and made my way to my appointment. On arrival i was Gerardem with a big smile which was good news I was still not sure if I was going to have the application as I was bringing my own colour. I took the box out and looked at lady she smiled toile the box and passed it onto the stylist, took my coat and offered me a coffee. Stylist Giovanni introduced himself done consultation and mixed my colour. Than washed and dried. It was lovely. I had a service with my home colour and felt a human not having to do it at home getting my husband to complaint that he has to apply it again.
Very happy with it and will be now coming with my own colour regurally

I had a great hot stone massage there from Magda and she was very friendly and she has amaizing hands. I really enjoyed the massage from her and i will go again!

There's a great atmosphere in the salon because everyone knows they're being well looked after by talented people. Kinga cuts and colours my hair to perfection and Giovanni does amazing blowdry. I couldn't recommend a salon or any other company more than I can recommend Enzo.

I received a warm greeting by a receptionist, i was offered a coffee whilst waiting for my treatment, i was given a form to fill out regarding contraindications, had a very throughout consultation. My facial was enjoyable and I was given a home care. Very professional place.

Called two weeks in a row to make a pedicure appointment which I bought from Groupon, and unbelievably for both 2 weeks I tried to book they had no availability at all for the next whole week.

I also rang for 3 hours today (10 times) and no one picked up the phone.

When the woman knew I had bought the pedicure through groupon she was quite standofish on the phone, unwilling to be accomodating and generally quite rude.

Do not recommend as they take your money from Groupon and then make it impossible for you to get through to them or book an appointment. Avoid!

Magda - the masseuse-was very professional and friendly.

I purchased a treatment via Groupon for a facial. The day before my appointment, they call me from Enzo’ telling me that as I was not a new customer I could not have the offer and treatment I had to pay extra. I asked for a refund but they said that I was not entitled as to it I was outside the cancellation period of 48 hours, very clever to call 24 hours before! I appreciate I made a mistake and did not notice this clause on the T&C, but I was expecting a better service as a previous customer. As a matter of principle I decided to waste my voucher and I will never ever go back to Enzo again.

I had my hair washed, cut and dried by Leanne. I am very pleased with the cut and it was a good value price. The salon was clean and tidy. The customer care was good- I was offered a drink and the appointment was on time. This hair salon was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend.

Awful. Cheap & nasty experience. Some of the staff, by exception, are nice, but he majority are unfriendly / don't speak English. No concept of customer service

I've been coming to enzo for almost two years now, and I have to say I've never ever walked out dissapointed, their massages are simply the best, I've recommended it to every friends and they all loved it! Ivonne seems to be the best therapist there,
Ive also had pedicures there and they were amazing too!

My husband and i had a swedish massage in the same room,today. Therapists were awesome! Never had such great massage in other posh spas! Very skilled therapists, lovely body oil(my skin never felt sooo smooth),perfect atmosphere and great value for money! We went there with amazon local voucher

I had a 1hr pedicure done through Wowcher and I must say that it was a great exeperience. The polish lady (Dominica) was very polite, explained everthing well and knew what she was doing. I was offered a drink and the whole appointment went like a dream. Allt he girls were very friendly and I would recommend Enzo and I will be back.

I got the voucher off Groupon for a Hot Stone and Swedish massage. It was most relaxing and delicious experience ever. The place is very clean and welcoming.I was even offered a free cup of Herbal tea whilst I relaxed on the Massage chairs in preparation for my treatment. My therapist was a very friendly and skillful. The Massage room had a relaxing music playing as I drifted off, while my therapist worked her way all over my body with soft yet firm hands. I highly recommend both the hot stone and swedish massage as it helped in deeply relaxing my muscles from head to toe.I must visit again.

I came to the salon on a groupon voucher. Was seen at reception by 2 very bubbly young girls. i was offered a coffee which was lovely whilst i waited. i went in for my massage and came out feeling completely freshed. then was offered to come back for the same price !!! will be returning. AMAZING !

I recently purchased the £12 for hollywood and underarm wax via groupon.
WOW! what good value for money. I have never been waxed before apart from eyebrows and I can honestly say, she was AMAZING! 100% happy with the results and will be now be going here for all my beauty needs! well done Enzo!

It was the best groupon experience I ever had! My therapist was excellent, salon was clean and bright.
I also had the hand treatment after my massage on a fantastic massaging chair in a separate relaxation area it was truly amazing experience definitely recommend!

This was a really bad experience and would never recommend to anyone to visit this salon.
I had booked a facial through Groupon and was really looking forward to relax after a hectic week at work. When I'd arrived, I was asked to take a seat and was left there for 30mins without anyone offering to hang my coat, giving me some magazines to read or something to drink (which is pretty normal at any other decent place). Then I was taken to the room to have my treatment. The therapist kept quiet so I'd asked her about the treatment and told her that I have got a Groupon voucher. She said she will do a deep cleanse first. She'd applied a mask and left me in a room alone to relax for 10mins. After few mins a lady broke into the room asking me why I didn't register my email address and name on their website, why I didn't tell anyone that I'm there through Groupon (I did when I booked over the phone!) and why am I now having an expensive treatment when I'm only allowed the basic facial. She kept yelling at me until I asked her what does she want me to do, she said I need to pay extra money or have a basic treatment only. I felt like walking out of that place instantly but I had paid for the treatment before hand so didn't want to waste my money. I ended up having 40 mins of "basic" facial which was litteraly 2 consequent layers of mask (10 mins between each so no labour required) and a peeling. I could have applied all that slap on my face at home and have at least a really relaxing evening, instead I left feeling humiliated and feeling like a criminal!
I would like to say that it is better to pay more money and get a proper service but this place is not cheap (check out the price list).
Do believe the numerous bad reviews above and A V O I D this place !!!

Have been introduced to Brazilian blow dry here and would not go to any other salon. Friendly, efficient service, always trying to accomodate last min booking. Have recently have roots done as well - again, perfect, very reasonably priced, as well. Many thanks, will be back again soon.

I would really not recommend this place at all. I had been here four times having bought 2 vouchers that gave me 1 facial and a massage each. Well I feel like I had to go after I had been first time just because it would be a waste of money otherwise. The owner who's of course the manager too is horrible as in she has no manners to speak to people however I just like to stay nice with people but I would make sure I never go there again. I had one massage which was good but the other massage was rubbish. Seemed like a mixture of aroma and stones when I had only asked for aroma. Staff seem to be complaining about work place all the time and their manager which is not nice to hear whilst you are there to relax. Treatment room is parted in half with a curtain and you have to not only hear the person doing your treatment but you are also privileged to the other staff's shared sorrows whose giving treatment behind those curtains. Not recommended at all!

Went here for a Brazilian blow dry, having bought a Groupon offer. This was the worst hairdresser's experience I've ever had! A woman with red hair did my hair, she didn't speak a word of English which I don't have a problem with but she was also quite rude.

The shampoo was uncomfortable, no relaxing scalp massage as I'm used to at the hairdresser's. She dried my hair with a frayed, rough & ripped up towel, then I noticed that I had white bits at the front of my hair where she'd failed to rinse out the shampoo!

I was not given a cape to protect my clothing from the products used, then she walked off and started cutting someone else's hair while I sat there for 25 minutes with noone having offered me a magazine or a drink! Again, it wouldn't have been so bad if she'd have motioned to me that she'd be "ten minutes" or given me something to read!

Eventually another stylist came over to apply the product until the red-haired lady came back. I found her rude, rough and would have walked out, had I not previously paid upfront for the service. I would rather pay more and go elsewhere in future, as I am actually pretty horrified at my treatment here!

Went here on Groupon deal for Brazilian Blow Dry. Service was excellent - from providing information on the service when I made my appointment, friendly greeting when I arrived and treatment provided by a number of staff to make it quicker. The salon was busy, buzzy and well run. Hair cut was one of the best I have had - the stylist looked at pictures of what I wanted and cut just that - explaining to me what she was doing at every stage before taking scissors to hair. My hair looked great and I received many compliments for weeks afterwards. Thoroughly recommend.

I had a brazylian blowdry done there through groupon, vey pleased with the result, friendly salon, very professional, lots of additional offers.Thae salon was very busy for the middle of the week, but I still had great time.

Had brazilian keratin blow dry(straightening), was promised 3 months sleek and smooth hair but after first wash my hair become unrulable, frizzy and curly in some places again. Asked for a redo of treatment but been completely ignored by salon management((
Also when was having my treatment done got bad service, a hairstylist even couldn't speak any english and explain anything about treatment, give any recommendations, the other stylist had to do instead of her.
My impression is: rubish service, rubish products and treatments, unprofessional staff!
Would never ever recommend to anyone!

So far it’s the best salon in the area, where I experienced professional treatments and friendly staff. A+
