So unprofessional. Read all the negative reviews they say the same thing - these people ruin your hair colour they are not professional hairdressers and I don't know how any of them are qualified. They don't cut hair straight and they ruin your hair colour. So unprofessional and they laugh when they ruin your hair.

What a terrible place. Dont go there because trust me you will regret it to death. Dont believe them good reviews they are all fake. I ve been there and they ve ruined my hair and over charged and same happened to my friends as well. So whoever is reading this review. Do yourself your hair and your pocket a favor and find a better place.

When you book an appointment in advance and you go there the hairdresser doesn't just spend X amount of time seeing to you rather she was doing 2 or 3 other people while I was there for 4 hours. The end result was great until I went home and after my first wash my hair looked like I spent £20 on it. The highlights themselves inside my hair were like zebra stripes and my hair looked orange gingery. The lady was kind enough to fix it for me. But she deceived me by dying my hair darker saying she didn't leave the rinse in long enough the first time and now my hair is this horrible brown and the "highlights" are no where to be seen. I don't know if I'm pleased that I don't have that hideous hair anymore or am I unhappy that the base colour has completely changed. Oh and a note to Muslim women they say they cater for Muslim women but the curtain gets opened constantly and not bothered closed properly while men walk past back and forth to the kitchen downstairs where hair is
