This was my first visit. The service was great.had a spa pedi and manicure.the surroundings may not be flash but the service is. No one was. Turned away snxdveryone had professional service. Will be back. Thanks

Soon as i walked in i was greeted by a young lady with a friendly hello and was informed of how long the short wait was. Staff regularly checked up on waiting customers. Soon as they were ready for me i was taken into the treatment room n was consulted about the treatment. Throughout the treatment the beautician checked i was comfortable n made small chit chat without taking away the calm, just enough to make me feel at ease. All the staff are friendly to customers and each other creating a very homely n comfortable atmosphere

Oh dear. Rude little woman in shop this Monday afternoon. Cold and almost hostile to new customer. She stood about 2 m away, I was amused by her attitude. Would avoid like the plague. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Needs to learn not to judge a book by its cover. You never know...

Tried soooo many different salons on the high road and have never been happy. My firend told me about muskan but i was abit put off because i went to a salon in the area before not far from muskan and they gave me such a bad rash after waxing me. O really liked her eyebrows and we had a huge event that night and wanted to look the part. But she advised me saying that muskan was the one, so i went waited about 15min as it was really busy, went in for eyebrows ended up getting my hair nails eyebrows and makeup done for my night out!!! i was soooo pleased with it. They have a hairdresser working there shes the sweetest thing ever, all the workers where so sweet to me and other clients also. All the clients felt comfertable laughing with eachother like we knew eacother when we didnt!! its just the way the atomsphere is once your there the workers make you feel your at home. I was so impressed with my hair, i was so pleased with all the service. The manger was so freindly and gave me really good skin care adivce, i got a facil done by her once and now been going back regular ever since with firends and family!! LOVE IT!!!

Muscat is one to AVOID. Never before have I been so appalled and upset by the service and staff at a salon. Bad atmosphere not a place to go to pay and treat yourself you’ll just end up being upset. The staff were so miserable, unhelpful and rude.
They had no manners and could not display common courtesy to their customers.
The salon was unhygienic and dirty.
They did not tread my eyebrows properly and had to go somewhere else to get them sorted out WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. I WAS SO DISGUSTED BY THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DIRTY TOWELS.

I want to say that i was appalled with the service that i receieved. I spent good money on my eyelashes and was told they would last 2 weeks so therefore i expected good quality and for them to last two weeks not 2 hours in which they all fell out, this is not what i expected at all. So i went back to get a refund but no one was there so i had to come back again, so the question remains? was it worth it? i would have to say Not worth a penny...on the otherhand i do love the manicures you get from there.

Muskan is a great place for everything. Having moved to the Preston Road area a few months ago, I wanted to find a beauty salon next to where I live. The people especially the owner is so friendly, and the service is great. I had my eyebrows done there, and it was done so quickly and with such excellence. This is by far the best!! I have been to so many other people before, who don't do a good job, hurt you, and gossip loads. The opening hours are so good as well and one can visit after work. You don't even have to ring up to make an appointment, if you turn up there, the wait is short! Muskan is a definite recommendation., With such reasonable prices as well, one can't go wrong! Give it a visit!!
