A small but cozy setting with very friendly and professional staff ,when i came in the salon the stylist offered me a capuccino and did a detailed consultation.Tha whole experiance was amazing I got the color and the hair style I asked for.A big thank you to all the stuff ,you guys are amazing.

I was very satisfied with my service at Zest hair and beauty. I bought a grouon voucher to have my hair done. When I came to the salon on Tuesday couple of weeks ago, first impression was that the salon is very small indeed. But Hairdresser who did my hair was very nice, I had a best cup of coffee.

I went to Zest Hair and Beauty on Sat, I had a beauty session consisting of manicure, pedicure and facial. The beauticaian was friendly and polite, I was made to feel relaxed instantly and actually fell asleep during my facial! I was very happy with the service and treatments.
Straight after I had my hair cut and styled, the stylist cut it exactly how I wanted, I then entrusted the stylist to come up with a style that suit me for my night out. I was really happy with the results and had nothing but compliments on how nice my hair looked.

I bought a deal on groupon for half a head of highlights. Although the hairdresser was friendly, he does not know what a half head of lights is or has been trained incorrectly. I suspect he has been trained incorrectly as he did seem enthusiastic about hair! He missed highlights right at the front of the head, just above the ears. When i asked him about it he said that this was the way it was meant to be and that if I wanted extra highlights he would have to charge me. On returning home I realised that he should have put them in as it looked odd having missed them out. I have had a half head of highlights done before at a different salon (more expensive one) and they always do the front of the head above the ears. I wouldn't recommend getting highlights done at this salon for this reason.

I have just had my hair done at Zest Hair salon, with a Groupon voucher. I was a bit dubious having read a lot of negative reviews but thought I'd try it anyway. The salon is small but perfectly adequate with nice bright furnishings. The staff were friendly and knew exactly what I meant when describing how I wanted my hair, also suggesting products I could use at home (without hard sell!). Despite the wind I have come out with a lovely hair cut and will definitely be going back there again!

I was extremely disappointed with this salon. I arrived for my 10am appointment but the salon was closed and one of the other employees was standing outside. At 10:45 the hairdresser showed up, and without apology told me I was early for my 11am appointment (which wasn't the case at all). I didn't get the colour I asked for at all (was told I'd have to get a second colour on it as well to lift the root colour which has never been necessary before by any other salon!)and the highlights were left on far too long leaving my hair super damaged. They were also spaced ridiculously far apart...hardly a half head of highlights, but at a stretch a quarter head of highlights. At 12pm another person showed up to the 1 person salon for her appointment (another example that my appointment wasn't for 11am), and was kept waiting till 1:15pm till the colour and cut was done. I wasn't pleased with the colour, cut or experience one bit. I would never go to this salon again (groupon voucher or not), and would never recommend it to anyone. You would be better off saving your money for a real salon.

I have been visiting Zest Salon regularly for my hair and I am a very happy customer!

My hair always look amazing, I get good advices on what treatment to use etc. The staff is friendly and the prices are really reasonnable compared to where I have been before.

I am now going to try their beauty section, looks amazing! Thank you Zest!

I would like to take this opputunity to say thank you to zest hair and beauty for their service and knowledge in the work they do, not to metion the customer care i came with a voucher and they treated me like a queen i will be back there soon and would recommend everyone to give them a try and there prices are not to bad im used to paying hundreds o pounds and not happy but with a 43 pounds im very happy with the results i got and i wanted to pay more as the work was so excellent thank you again keep up the good work

This was a really poor experience; the hairdresser was an hour late to start on my hair and didn't apologise (was actively rude when I complained). He then charged me extra for toner and to put two colours in my highlights (generally always included) and the highlights were awful (I've just had them redone and the hairdresser at the new salon said they looked like 'partial' highlights, not a full head). I would never go to this salon again and would definitely not recommend it.
