Love going to Chris and Petes. Jackie cuts my hair perfectly and the atmosphere in the shop is so friendly and welcoming. Very highly recommended

What an amazing hairdressers. They are honest and friendly. My hair was badly in need of attention and they gave me advice on what was best but only after seeing and assessing my hair. They are awesome kind and friendly and thank you both millions xx

Jackie has been cutting my hair here for years and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. She knows exactly how I like my hair cut, and although my hair is almost impossible to colour because of how quickly it fades - she's perfected the colour so that it's long-lasting, natural and just fab!
Paul and Jackie offer a personal service, they are always keen to catch up with their previous customers and get to know their new ones, expect some good chats and laughs while having your hair done!
The salon itself is super spacious and they've obviously ramped up the sanitizing since the pandemic, so it all feels incredibly safe too.
100% would recommend.

Having not had my hair cut during lockdown, my hair was a bit of a state.
The minute I walked into Chris & Petes I felt relaxed.
Paul and Jackie really know how to make you feel welcome and I even had a lovely cup of coffee!
Jackie cut my hair and cut it into the style I always have and love ❤️

I came for the “ends trim” on Thursday morning. I clearly asked for a straight trim with few layers, I repeatedly asked not to cut my hair too short. However, hairdresser seems heard me differently and instead I got “feather” haircut, with horrible layers (seems like I cut my own hair) and ended up with hairs just below my shoulders, when my hair was way below my mid back.
I used to went to Paul, and never had any issues.Paul was in but she called me and I thought I will give her a chance, biggest regret ever! I want to cry looking at my hair, I paid 35 pounds and left her 5 pounds tips, without noticing what she had done to my hair.

i'm 19 years old and Been going their since i was ten, and i can honestly say ive never wanted to look back since. the staff are friendly, they listen to what you want and the quality of the cut is brilliant. the prices are also extremely good.
