I visited this salon due to my local salon being full booked. I must say when I arrived I didn't feel welcomed by the owner, she had a stern facial expression and didn't say much..

Although the hair came out nicely.. I wouldn't visit again, because I believe as a paying customer I should be valued and treated in a polite manner.

Customer service is everything to me, for this reason I do suggest that the owner considers some form of customer service training.. Or else she will loose customers.
