Gianni Capitanio

I have been lucky enough to have had the incredibly talented, wonderful, kind Gianni look after my hair for coming up to 10 years. Stepping inside his tranquil elegant salon you cannot help but relax and in Gianni's capable hands and leave with fabulous hair. He is the only person that I trusted to work his magic on my wedding day and I loved my hair, my bridesmaids were beautiful as well as my mothers hair. His cuts and colours are perfect and so easy to maintain always looking good, he understands what suits. Gianni is absolutely wonderful and I am so pleased and thankful to have my hair in such capable hands, he is a genius with hair. Thank you Gianni

I have been coming to Gianni's salon for over seven years! He always makes my hair look amazing and often receive compliments! I have had lots of different colours and styles over the years, it's only through complete trust that I have let him be so experimental. He also did a gorgeous style for my wedding day too (pictured below)
Gianni is very friendly, welcoming and will look after you as well as your hair! Although I don't live or work near Gianni's salon I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere whilst I'm in London. If you want a fabulous stylist and a relaxing atmosphere, this is the place to be!

Gianni has been my hairdresser for over 4 years. I have never been disappointed. He is professional, attentive and incredibly talented. I always look forward to my appointments at his salon and I'm always confident my hairstyle will maintain its colour and shape. He is brilliant. My only worry is telling too many people as I quite like it being my secret!

Gianni has exquisite taste (reflected in his chic and beautiful salon): he cuts hair with precision and style, and his colour sense is amazing. Not only that, he is a lovely person - charming, courteous, intelligent, professional. He works alone, so you are the only client there. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I discovered Gianni fairly recently and I am glad I did. He is one of these rare stylists who actually listen to the client, and I totally trust him.

His salon is stylish, clean and warm, you really feel at home and I love the fact that working mostly by appointments, Gianni can always dedicate clients' his full attention.

Charming, welcoming, professional: a true gem!

I started going to Gianni some years ago when he was working in Hampstead, and have followed him very closely ever since. Unlike a lot of stylists he takes great care to listen to one’s own opinions and offers good advice.

Gianni is the only person who has managed to create a hair style for me that actually works. My hair is naturally curly but tends to frizz and to look unmanaged, not to say unkempt. It is also now greying. By encouraging me to grow out old layering, and to have more length and then introducing some lovely natural colour it now looks healthier and better than it has ever done.

Gianni also blow drys my hair wonderfully, so when I have an event at which I want to look more sophisticated Gianni blow dries and styles it. I emerge with beautifully cut, silky hair, the colour is restored and looks completely natural – the new me!

His new salon is relaxing, so the whole experience is something that I always look forward to.

'Gianni Capitanio' is a really lovely salon where you will be able to relax and forget about your hectic day. The owner is very attentive, discreet and extremely talented. Whenever I go I feel that Gianni listens to me, btu he also makes suggestions on the hairstyle/coour etc that ould suit me best. Too many times I felt like part of a production line in places like Tony & Guy etc... here I feel looked after. Prices are very reasonable and the athmosphere is just lovely, the perfect place to be after a hectic day at work! Try it out and you will be hooked!

If you like to have your hair done in a lovely salon by a charming man then this is the place to come. Gianni makes you feel very comfortable and the music and decor of the salon provide a warm, relaxed atmosphere
Whenever I leave my hair looks amazing and I feel like I have had special treatment, which I am always more than ready for after a hectic day. I cant recommend this salon enough.
