Imagine, you go for a wash and blow dry to relax and you come back with a headache for more than 24 hours 😱… that’s exactly what happened yesterday !

I went to an average salon (my first big mistake) and got a hair wash and then a blow dry … so here comes a so called "gentleman" who also joins in with two other girls who were already blow drying my hair … there were 4-5 round brushes in my hair for the curls to set in …!! When the time came to get the brushes off, my hair were so badly tangled in them and it was hurting me real bad while this man called "Johny" (we were not provided with his real name by the manager) is pulling my hair to remove them from the brush ! I told him that it’s hurting me and my hair is all breaking, I can feel that ! Mr. Johny, has the audacity to say "It is not pulling darling" "it is not hurting darling" "your hair is not breaking darling" "I know what I am doing - I know my job very well okay" … I lost it and just told him it’s my hair and my scalp and it’s hurting so just back off he still keeps repeating the same thing and further tells me that since you have long hair anywhere you go this will be your plight …!!! Like, really ?? Was I born as of yesterday mother 🙄??? Worst is this shameless man being in this profession did not even have the courtesy to apologise instead kept saying the same thing and arguing even with my husband !

As it was my first time in an English hair salon with hair cut, colour and blow dry, I was a little bit anxious ... But finally the result was awesome just what I had expected. Thank you to John and his team that I highly recommend.

Christina is a WONDERFUL hairdresser! Make your appointment with her! She is outstanding and did an EXCELLENT job with my very long, coarse, curly hair. She listened to me, figured out what would work for my hair, and - most importantly - respected my input. In the end, I got a keratin treatment, cut, color and blow out - and it turned out great! Both Christina and the owner were on-time for their appointments with me - and one day, I was nervous bcz. I had a 10am mtg. and asked for a 9am mtg. So there was no room for a late start. Overall, I saw them three times in three days. While I was in London on business, I would almost fly there again on my own dime just to go back to this salon. Really professional and courteous. HIGHLY recommend!

Hairdressers, be careful, he brings new hairdressers all the time to get them to work for free , with the excuse that this is to see their work before hiring them.

He is a time waster, he doesn't talk clear about the working payments and conditions. And he began to tell us to not take our cell phone and to leave it in the kitchen even if we are not working, from the first day he began to make our life bitter. He doesnt know how to talk , he thinks he is someone important .He despises the work of others.
2 hairdressers left the job that day because we couldnt stand the way he talks.

I have been going to Great Cuts consistently for a year now. It is amazing. All staff are very friendly and great at what they do. The blow dry in particular lasts at least a day or 2. The fact that you don't need to book and can just walk in is great. Definitely recommend!
