Claudette always does my hair and I cant recommend her enough! I always leave absolutely thrilled with my hair and now I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I’ve been going to Robert Neil’s salon for the past 10 years. I’m not local to the sheen area but the travel is worth it as the staff are very friendly and highly qualified.

I am really pleased with the service provided at Robert Neil hairdressers in East Sheen. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and in less than 5 minutes my hairdresser Linda was already asking me what type of haircut I was looking for. Got my hair washed by another girl (from Philipines - sorry I forgot her name), who kindly offered a relaxing head massage and managed to gently detangle my hair, she didn't rip off my scalp like it happens everytime I go to a hairdresser. I was really surprised! Linda then came back and proved that she understood my wishes and gave me a lovely haircut. In total I paid £30 for wash and cut, which is really great considering you pay the same for a ****ty cut a Supercuts! Seriously, this hair salon is so stylish, lively and clean, and you get a very professional service! It's a win-win situation, I will be definitely coming back and recommend it to everyone.

I have just been to Robert Neil and it was the WORST HAIR CUT OF MY LIFE. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Robert doesn't listen to a word and was actually cutting chunks out of my hair while facing the other way. I hope this review means that at least one person out there will not follow my mistake.

Wonderful experience with Robert. He took my over-coloured hair and the sheer length/volume/weight of it and sent me back to Canada with a sassy new look! His cutting technique has given life and movement to my very naturally curly hair. Kudos also to his expert colourist who took me from "too blonde" to just perfect through a process of adding several shades of highlights/lowlights. The difference is amazing and I am delighted. Now I have to find a way to return to London England every few months for upkeep!! Thank you to Robert & his great staff.

Robert Neil has been my hairdresser since the 1970s. I lived in the Barnes area when Robert first opened his salon and I started going to the salon from the off. I have on occasion changed my hairdresser going to different salons but have always gone back to Robert. I am very rarely disappointed with the way in which he cuts and styles my hair and he is always very helpful when you seek his advice as to what sytle he thinks is right for you and his advice is usually 99.5% to your advantage. The receptionists and staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome.
