I made the mistake of going into this salon. He was critical about my hair, unpleasant about my idea for the style, and unwilling to do what all other hairdressers do with grace and good will. He shouted at me and accused me of not giving clear instructions despite my explaining it all at the beginning. He finally apologized once seeking payment. He charged me £40 for this unpleasant experience. As a woman on my own in there I felt intimidated and left in tears.
