How can they improve? Try listening to what the person wants, rather than giving them a new style of their choosing. Once they've butchered you with the clippers, it can't be taken back.

I have been using this barbers for my boys for several years. They are very reasonable and do a great job. I have tried other barbers but none give as good as cut as they do. Give it try!
