As soon as you get in you will notice that being clean is the top priority, you do not smell meat like in usual butcher's. The meat is always fresh and displayed nicely, even though I have to travel to get there I can not get used to any other butcher(as I no longer live in this area). I'm not a great cook so I also appreciate the fact that now one of the butcher is always keen on suggesting cooking ideas(with recipes!!!)
