I cannot speak too highly of this shop, as already been mentioned there is a warmth, friendliness and generosity that is encompassed by their smiling presence. But I would like to pay tribute to their knowledge and experience of dealing with so many of life's difficulties, and this extends way beyond mobile phones. 10 out of 10 and comes highly recommended

Had amazing, friendly and most helpful service at this shop. I’m always greeting with a smile when I enter and on my last occasion the owner went out of her way to find the specific product I needed, calling her other shop and having her husband send the unusual item Over later for me to pick up on the same day. This is a super personalised service that is hard to find now a days. Shop is also very well Stocked. Don’t go to Amazon! would rather support this family business any day, especially when I get such great customer service

Worst shop I've ever been to in London The workers there are rude, they kick me out of the shop in very bad way just because I couldn't find what I want, they have arul in thier shop which is if you don't buy from them immediately they will kick you out in very bad way. I have never seen wore those people.

This shop had everything I needed. I even mange to find a last minute anniversary gift which was perfect. Great variety of products and most importantly the staff who were extremely helpful and able to advise me. They were friendly, patient and polite. A rarerity these days.

We are very lucky in NW3 to have such a comprehensive Hardware Store so close by Swiss Cottage. The available stock is both substantial and perfect to fill most needs. The staff in the store really do know their stuff and have been really helpful and genuinely supportive in solving hardware issues before and after sales.
