I used Polex fairly regularly from 1996 to about 2006 & they were brilliant at that time. Everything always got through to my friends, who live in remote vilages in Ukaine, & nothing was ever damaged in transit, including a mountain bike & an acoustic guitar in two seperate deliveries. I haven't had cause to use them in the past 3 years but I always found them reliable during those years & thier rates were excellent.

My parcel never reached destination plus I couldn’t have my money back even I ensured my parcel ;/. So you better think.....
