I had a lovely experience at the hat gallery, the staff is courteous and very eager to meet my needs. I had a bit of a difficult request, but I was met with great kindness and I managed to find the perfect hat for my outfit, I even bought an everyday Bronte hat in the process, which I love and have worn every day that the sun has been out. I was pleasantly surprised by their vast collection ranging from men's and women's everyday hats to hats for special occasions. I'll be going to Ascot for my first time this June and I'll have to come back to the hat gallery before I do!
