Bikram Yoga Wimbledon

I have been going here since April 2013 & I can say from the moment I step into the building until the moment I leave, the instructors, staff and customers make you feel very welcome. There has never been an instructor that is horrible or made me feel silly or uncomfortable. I feel they are very nurturing towards newcomers with lots of tips on how to survive your first class. A lot of people don't understand that they need to try & stay in the room, not drink for the first few postures or talk. They often complain when they are told to not do these. All in all good people at Bikram Wimbledon!

I can back up the above review. One instructor in particular can be truly rude and condescending to newcomers. He's done it to me and others. Don't go unless you are already an expert or enjoy public humiliation

Be more polite, make first timers feel comfortable not everyone is an expert or super fit! Made me feel very unwelcome and self conscious.
