I joined this gym and was told cash only. No contract, only some illegible hand written receipt and I paid for a full year. First time I went in a week later and the gyms closed down. Guy who runs it knew full well he was closing but took my money and smiled while he did it. I found out the builders moved in the very next day.
The owner is now turning it into a restaurant.

Its a hardcore gym, reminds me of metroflex gym in the US or Temple Gym in Birmingham. Its for serious 'bodybuilders', definitely not a fitness studio.

I have never seen such a well fitted gym, might be a little tight for space, but there is so much equipment packed inside, you never have to be waitting around. There is 5 diffrent abb machines etc and people are so friendly and are willing to help.The owner from the famous hyams name is well know in the bodybuiding world, where all the famous body builders from tom platz, dorian yates to bertil fox have either guest posed or worked out, If your looking for a serious body building gym and want to get a good workout in this place is definitely worth trying

I am a bodybuilder so have seen a lot of gyms - nothing like this one. It is more of a junkyard than a gym. Plenty of old dilapidated machines no one uses and no room to move. So no space to do abs for example, or even to use the free weights. Some floor space would be nice.

Big space an with some thought it would make a great gym - until then I shall avoid.

Pity as it is very local to me.
