This small shop is packed to the rafters with top quality supplements and many other excellent health products. I get many things I cant find anywhere else locally such as my favourite Clearspring tea bags and Serrapeptase - a wonderful natural anti-inflammatory.
Umi, the owner, is friendly and helpful with a depth of knowledge its rare to find. She is my treasured adviser and I would recommend you visit her and describe your ailment. She'll have just the thing for you I'm sure.
Its rare that she doesnt already stock whatever I am looking for but when that happens she asks all about it and will usually order some to try.
Other Health Food shops pale in comparison to Oasis so it gets a well deserved 10 from me.
