Ear wax removal.
I was a bit apprehensive at first but on arriving environment was clean and welcoming.
The appointment was for my Mother who has dementia so needed someone who would be patient and understanding. Being careful and gentle was also important which they were.
We were originally waiting for a referral to be seen by the NHS but could no longer wait as it was causing more and more irritation. We were able to get an appointment within a few days and the price was very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend and use again if necessary.
