After using this shop in Harlesden, I brought back an item that was incorrect for my purpose.

I wanted to exchange for the correct item, which they did not have.

So I required a refund, but was told to just pick another item that I didn't want or need.

I was told that they do not do refunds, even though I had only bought the item an hour before, as well as the receipt not saying anything about non refundables.

After giving me a refund, I was then told that they do not need my business and I was told not to come back to the shop, and I said I never will.

Horrible and unprofessional people who should not even be running a business.

Could not put a minus rating, but wish I could. Zero ⭐️
