Superb results on 4 year old (expensive) rug. Csme up like new. All those unsightly little spots and stains and sticky bits gone. Colours refreshed and restored.
I used their Kingston upon Thames branch, delivered the rug personally and picked it up. Not a brilliant place to park but they were very helpful. Susi of Kew.

Carpets cleaned very efficiently. Excellent value. Very pleased although initial phone call was not a pleasant experience. Don't be put off.
