I went today to the green street branch with friends & family. First, we gave 3 orders and they served all the wrong orders. 1 European lady was working there who was extremely rude and was talking his own language and throwing things into the sink and was not behave properly. Another guy with curly hair also misbehaved with us for no reason.
Most importantly this branch only takes cash which I believe to avoid intentionally VAT and other tax issues.
Finally, this shop needs serious attention to improve specially customer service. Otherwise innocent will go there without proper information and staff including managers will abuse the people.
