I didn’t find the staff very friendly, and actually they were quite rude and impatient with me.

I think there are better places to find printing services, where you can be treated better. 🥲

I come here often to do my prints and get help with sending paper documents by email. They are very friendly and helpful with reasonable prices. Internet cafes are hard to come by these days but this one is still here, thank God. Recommended.

Unfortunately I had a completely different experience when visiting this store to use the computers and purchase a product.
The male owner was extremely impatient and impolite and I wish I had gone elsewhere

Call Net provided me with excellent professional friendly customer service. It is very rare nowadays to get polite and friendly service like this. Mr Jin was very helpful , patient and knowledgeable in fixing my beloved All-in-one desktop 🖥️. I am really pleased with the repair 😃. Oh because of their good attitude towards me, next month I am going to buy a laptop 💻 from Call Net as they also provide a long warranty.

We walked into call net after seeing there mobile phone display from outside and met a very pleasant person who explained all the pluses and minuses of second hand phones to my wife.
I saw a computer repair section at the back of the shop and asked the gentleman there about the possibility of replacing my very old laptop's battery. Within few minutes on the internet he got me a quote that surprised me - as it was far less than I have spent on the same product previously. He said it will reach him by post in couple of days. There was a delay in the postal service delivery - what was extremely pleasant was that I was kept informed almost daily about the situation. As soon as it reached the shop - I received a call to come and get it. He not only fitted the battery but checked and tested it and gave me detail instructions regarding prolonging the life of the new battery. The whole service was excellent. Personal care taken could be described as exceptional. We have now found a place for all our future computer and phone care. I will strongly recommend this shop to any one.

The man at the counter has an extremely rude, impolite, and impatient attitude. I very politely asked can he please delete my confidential and personal information after printing it. He replying by saying “I don’t have to do what you say”, and starting seeing to other customers who were in the queue behind me. He ignored me and was very rude. I have never been spoken to like that in my life, by any business owner. He spoke to me in a very unfriendly, inconsiderate and unprofessional manner. It clearly isn’t a professional business, and doesn’t have a good reputation according to the other reviews I’ve read as well. I left the shop in tears because of the disgusting way I was treated, after I was very polite in regards to my reasonable request. He isn’t a nice person, and doesn’t care about respecting customers’ privacy. Please find an alternate Internet cafe, or a local library instead if you would like a friendly and professional service.

These guys are amazing. The customer service is above and beyond. I have been very happy with my purchases, and they give their time and help so generously - and go out of their way to give an outstanding customer experience. Very happy! Thank you so much !
