These guys are unreliable and blanked my messages for weeks, only to say they couldn't fix it. Also had an angry phone call where a member of staff used the f word to me.

I went to them with an iPhone 6s Plus to change the screen, the screen was replaced at £60 and the replacement screen was very low quality with touch problems. It broke while being left in my pocket. I went again to get it fixed, they did not change the screen but kept the phone for an hour to re-fix the screen. After that, my phone is as good as a dead phone, the battery drains in 3 minutes of charging and the phone gets heated to max temperature. They replaced my original battery. I moved away from Preston Road to town and did not get a chance to visit them again. I would not recommend this shop at all.

The standard of service and quality of service is outstanding, Very efficient and very responsive to my needs and very much liked the personalised approach given to me as a first time customer.

The manager fixed my laptop and phone within a day and very polite , trustworthy and knowledgeable individual.

Have indeed recommended it to my family and work colleagues, definitely the best shop in repairing laptops and phones in Harrow Wealdstone.
