EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I went in to print a document. Their computer was faulty, the wrong document printed out, then she tried to charge me for it. when I said I didnt want to pay for that, she ripped it up in front of me and dropped the paper on the floor in temper and then blocked my PC so I couldn't print anything else. I was shocked. I walked out in disgust. AVOID THIS PLACE
