The woman in the shop ignored me when I asked her a question. I brought back something they had fixed and it had broken again.
The man was so horrible and his body language and they way he was speaking to me was negative.
If they think you will spend money they are fake smiles and nice as pie. Will not spend another penny in that shop.

I do not recommend this shop. ...Poor quality
I bought a gold ring for £100, but the value is £25 :-(

If you want to go to a place with over priced items and bad customer services this is the place. Took my girlfriend here to buy something and the service and pricing of items was ridiculous. If you would a good deal and quality stay far away from this place!

I have purchased several items of semi-precious stones, silver & gold jewelry and a 1 ounce of silver (investment-grade bar), most of it was very marked up in price, unclear as to quality, and the 1 ounce bar of had a market value of £8 worth of silver, yet was sold to me for £45 ... I am not sure about the mark-up on some of these other items, but its your decision as a consumer on the things you buy... :) They were very friendly at first though, the customer service was generally reasonable, and they did offer discounts when I bought enough at a single time.

A big thanks to James. I managed to trade in a load of old bits of that we don't wear anymore and get a lovely bracelet for our daughters 21st. Very fair price was offered for our collection and a bit more in exchange for something new. We even got some a couple of bits repaired, polished and looking like new

Nice people to do business with. Got a lovely bracelet for my wife's birthday but as per usual she wasn't keen but we took it back for an exchange and now she couldn't be happier.

Just picked up our wedding rings today and we're as pleased as punch. Just in time too. We put a rush order and they got there in time with a hand made pair. Now we've just got 1001 other things to do.

I had a set of earrings for birthday as a gift and was told when I took it back to have an exchange to something I prefer and was told due to hygiene they would not exchange it. I have sulted trading standing and was told this is not on look at the gift and right away knew it wasn't me. I will be going to our comsumer to seek further clarity.
