Jade Jewellers

Went to jade jewellers yesterday for my engagement ring....lovely people.....beautiful ring....the ring I chose had certain diamond on it that we could have upgraded for 1,000 but was advised by the chap dealing with us that he didn't think the ring needed the upgraded diamond....saved us money. Another thing I liked is that they weren't pushy. Other jewellers, as we were looking in the window, were out straight away trying to get us to go in when we just wanted to look in the window. Will definately go back for our wedding bands.

I would totally recommend Jade Jewelers for their professionalism and personal service that they offer. My husband and i were dealt with by the assistant manager Hardi who listened to what i wanted and totally delivered the perfect diamond engagement ring. Good service a quality product at a reasonable price.

Best shop in Hatton gardens by far, The manager sold me my partners engagement ring while ago, and was extremely helpful, and told me all I needed to know. Went back with my partner to order our wedding bands, and got a huge discount because we were return customers! great service!

My intended bought my engagement ring from here and was delighted with the service he received. They talked him through the all important three Cs and spent time helping him choose the right ring as opposed to another shop in Hatton Garden where he was told "It's a diamond innit" when asking about a ring.
The ring was a tiny bit too tight and when we took it back to get it resized, the woman who looked after us knew exactly how I wanted it to fit and was spot on with the sizing. She was really apologetic that I wouldn't be able to have it until the new year as the workshops were closed during the Christmas period. When I went to collect it she was again really professional and made sure I was happy with the fit.
A really good service and I'd highly recommend them as Hatton Garden can be a little bit intimidating.

I have to say that our experience of buying our wedding rings was made very special by the plesant, well trained staff in the wedding ring department. we found that the service was to a very high and professional standard and can honestly say that we have purchased our ideal wedding rings with the help of the staff in the department as we really didn't know what we wanted. After a wonder around hatton garden, we found that the service we received in jade outshone everyone else and as a bonus they were the best price. I recommend jade jewellers to anyone who wants to make buying their wedding rings a truly memorable experience.

Disapointing experience. Asked for a wedding band. Initial wedding ring received was too small and had the wrong finish. Sent back. Second time, size was correct but finish was still wrong. Third time lucky and a ring which was finally correct was provided.

Even more dissapointing the attitude of the some of the staff was that of a reluctant apology i.e. "these things happen...everyone makes mistakes and it is a busy period". My constructive suggestion is that they revisit their customer relationship skills and also double check orders before they let them out of the shop.

Buying an engagement ring is always tricky. However, with Edward the manager in Jade Jewellers he was amazing. He explained everything about the style and also made some amazing recommendations on stones. Edward was calm and very professional.

I would definitely recommend Jade Jewellers as 1st port of call in Hatton Gardens.
