The person running this company is not trustworthy. He charged my elderly mother at least twice what the price should have been for the substandard work that he organised while he was director of one of his previous building companies, and he told her the work had been approved by the local authority building regulations department, saying that he had the certificate, when in fact they hadn't even been to see the work.
