I telephoned 3 times on a Saturday after 10am and left a message as no one answered the phone nor had the courtesy as yet to ring back.

Fantastic staff extremely helpful, I managed to throw out a spoon from canteen, and they found me a couple of spares that are no longer sold. well done to courtesy helpfulness and overall good customer service, visiting again to buy some more glasses as greart price just wish had one nearer.

I find the staff to be very helpful indeed. They have always gone out of their way to find that one piece broken whilst washing up after sunday luncheon. Generally, i visit this store at least once a month as they have always something new and all at great prices. They have a beautiful Easter selection at the moment with lots of gift ideas.
