What a great shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I couldn't get to the shop until after it closed and the woman working there offered to wait for me.

I've always found the staff of the West Wickham branch of Kitchen Range extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. They have a great range of equipment for the keen cook and their home economist is happy to advise. It's great to be able to go to the high street and still find shops with real individuality.
Response from tricia Davy Home Economist/sales person
All the staff appreciate good feedback and we all try to please and meet out customers needs and expectations in both branches! Many thanks for your personal comments, as a Home Economist a kitchen shop is an ideal home for me and I always to give over and above to all customers, even if they don't want it!!!! Sometimes events overtake our wants and we can't help, but will always try to be constructive in alternatives-so bare with us and come again, we'll do our best!

I went into the Beckenham Branch of this shop last weekend to look for a good quality (£70) frying pan. The service was surly or at least only helpful in a tight lipped kind of way. I wanted a lid with it which she said they didn't do but she could find one that would fit. It didn't fit tightly enough I felt. I said I would think about it and I would probably have gone and got it but her attitude and service put me off. If a customer says they want to think about it, even if you feel they've wasted your time, you make the effort to see them out of the door with a positive smile in case they come back. She needs a refund from the Charm School

Terrible, terrible customer service. I placed an order with these people which was guaranteed to me at least three times that they would arrive well before Christmas and 4 weeks later am still waiting for my items. They have made no attempt at all to call me to tell me the items will be late, and after several phone calls and visits to the store I was told "they will come in when they come in." The staff have shifted responsibilty onto eachother or the supplier, and this is utterly unacceptable. Rude staff members and I will certainly never be shopping there again.
