I have just used Marina Launderette for the first time to do a service wash of bedding and towels that needed cleaning after a few friends came to stay. When I dropped off my washing and when I picked it up, both members of staff were smiley, friendly and polite and my washing is now clean and soft and smells nice. Service should always be easy and pleasant like that shouldn't it?
