Central Wash

There is only ever one employee working, and this person has no ability to assist if you're dissatisfied with their service (which, after two months, we have been almost every single time we have used Central Wash.) The manager lacks customer service skills and provides no accountability, and they will not offer any solutions when they lose or ruin garments--both of which have happened to us. The manager is never on-site, and none of their listed telephone numbers work. They need to change management & staff, and update their online profile to provide clear and correct contact information.

My washing machine broke down so I popped in here to have some washing done in a hurry - despite the earlier negative review comment posted by someone else in April. It was 6pm and they close at 8pm.

A very nice lady called Svenana (prob spelt wrong) could not have been more helpful and pleasant. She was very happy to answer questions and, as promised, she had my service wash ready at 8pm.

Although very clean, the staff is extremely rude and the prices the highest in the area by £1 or more per wash or dry. I have been to the Central Wash elsewhere and have never been treated poorly. There are lots of other choices in the area with lovely staff. Don't go here.
