Kennington Lane Launderette

Machines never seem to be working and there is no one ever there to help if there is a problem, and it states that service washes and ironing services are available but yet no one seems to manage this laundrette, A washing machine broke down while I was using it and no number for me to contact anyone, I had to go back at closing time which meant that my clothes were in stagnant water for 7 hours just moving gently in one direction then the other, no spins or rinsing, I'm not a happy bunny and there is not another laundrette around that I can use without going out of my way, I just the phone number given on this page but no answer (I wasn't expecting one really), I have never used the dryers but I have been witness to customers having clothes burnt by 1 particular dryer which has and has never had a warning sign to warn customers....they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this.
