Whatever you do, dont use the shower gels in the mens shower area - they stink and are likely to give you skin irration after use! Also, dont expect to be able to dry yourself because there is a persistent dearth of towels (especially on a Saturday). For the price you are paying for this dump, you get better facilities at a much lower price at the local Council gyms (e.g. Swiss Cottage).
Seriously - think twice before signing up! Staff seem generally gormless and are more interested in speaking to each other than to you. Be warned.
