I found this company great to begin with all smiles etc, However this was short lived having rented a property via their company, I have had nothing but frustration they are out only to serve the landlord and not the tennant. I have bought and sold a number of properties and this is a temp step however it has been nothing but interuptions from tradesmen and a long wait to have repairs carried out. I think the properties on there lists are overpriced and I thought a small independent company would be good but with a team of 2 no wonder it takes over a month to have repairs carried out. I look forward to next month when I can rent for a final year from a professional company. A bad experience overall and I would not recomend this small inefficient company. Nothing but a facade.
