Absolutely rubbish. I am living at [ ] Mile end road. Since I moved to their flat so many issues roof damage, water leaks, rats in the house, fridge not working properly etc. After chasing them for a long time they change the fridge but the fridge not working well I reported to them not any response. I have complained so many times about rats ? they sent down a paste controller but not any improved rats are still walking in my house it's scary and annoying. My bathroom used to be flooded when were rains, and bad smells, the flat Cctv is not working, the staff are rude and not taking complaints seriously so irresponsible I am very disappointed ? I would not recommend anybody ???

I live in a house by All Seasons, and it's actually embarrassing. 1 whole year and all it's been is chasing them up with work to be done in the house. You never really know what's wrong with the house until you either live there or are renewing this house. My floor has been flooded since christmas and they're not doing anything about it, I dont have enough heating for downstairs and one of the heaters does not work. The worst agency ever, family run or not, you people that run this business should be embarrassed to even still open your doors and accept any customers. All you will do is take their money and do nothing for them. It's not right that because they are part Dss should you not take care of these houses too? Absolutely disgusting. 1 year and I'm still waiting for repairs that I called up about when I moved in. It's an actual joke.

Worst letting agency ever. Property to let in a disgusting state. Dishonest, rude and was threatened by them. Never go near them.
