I would recommend this boutique agency to anyone looking for a property in the London Bridge and Bermondsey area. Their friendly and hands on approach saw to it that I was greatly looked after every step of the process, from putting down my deposit to signing my contract. I can well and truly say that no detail was spared in order to ensure I had a seamless transition into my new property.

I always use Citydocklands to rent my properties and have had great service for 6 years and would deff recommend them as a company.

They are great at helping you choose a property, though they are horrible once it comes to maintenance. The most cheap agency I have ever encountered and will leave you living a dump, because they refuse to fix it. I would not recommend City Docklands to anyone.

The below is evidently written by a City Docklands agent on their lunch break. Nothing positive can be said about the company. They have proven to be inefficient, unhelpful and rude. One agent in particular has annoyed us so much with his blasé and arrogant demeanour that we have been put off buying a property we like just to make sure the company does not receive a penny of ours.

Thought I’d leave a review as I’ve I had nothing but good service with these guys. A friend recommended them & they came through for me - got me into me into a flat I liked and quickly - before the competition too. Rent’s not too bad either.

They have been terrible. When it came to showing us flats they were very pushy; we knew as students we would only see rubbish flats and were sick of them trying to talk them up. But worse was how pushy they were when it came to bringing people round for viewings. they would give us 1 hours notice that they were coming and when we would not let them come round when we werent there they started threatening to take our deposit away. they also accused us of lying about when our university exams were. dont go with this company.

I completely agree with the above post. We have only been renting through City Docklands for 2 months and we are very disappointed with their service. Their agents are very unhelpful and trying to get anything done through them is almost impossible. I would notrecommend using them.

Please i urge you never to use this company, i have rented with them for 4 years and when on the odd occasion we asked them to do something for us, it was such a hardship and a pain for them, often resulting in numerous calls to get the job done, it felt like once they had your money they didnt really want to know you.
We have now just vacated this property and they are trying to unfairly deduct money from our deposit, i am of course disputing the charges but actually trying to speak with anyone is near on impossible, its almost like they have blocked my number! Their website decribes them as taking a 'customer focused approach'this is nonsense!
