Zone Property Management

I have been a landlord with Zone Properties for just over 4 years, and I would have to say that the experience has been completely trouble-free for me. The staff have handled the "issues" that have arisen quickly and professionally without me having and input in at all really. I am kept informed at all times of gas safety checks, maintenance issues, etc. receive copies of all paperwork, and have never had any real issues with regards to the rent payments.

Overall, I believe Zone provides a thoroughly satisfactory service and I would highly recommend the company to anyone else.

Having never used Zone before but looking for a new agent because our old one was less than useless, we were pleasantly surprised when they let out property within an hour and half of getting the keys, and at the higher end of our expectations. We have now meet the tenants and they have moved in...

These guys are great, after going to several local agents to look for a property, only to be met with lazy, rude or non-English speaking staff. We walked into Zone where we were greeted with smiles, warmth and professionalism. They took us to view properties straight away of which I took the 3rd one

I gave my property to Zone on a Monday and by the Saturday it had been let, tenants referenced, contracts signed, inventory supplied, tenants moved in and for the best rent I've ever achieved.

Other agent’s told us we couldn't find what we specifically wanted at our budget and we would need to live in a different area or increase our budget, we never got a call from any of them. Zone are different they were very patient and called us several times over a period of 6 weeks until we found.

Zone have really looked after me, they found excellent tenants that have now been in the property for several years. When I call up about an issue I am dealt with professionally and promptly. The whole process has been smoothly run and conflict free.

We have just recently dealt with Zone Property Services in the rental of 2 properties, all the staff there were extremely helpful and professional. They dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. We would definitly deal with this company again. Excellent service.

No rant...purely factual
Zone genuinely beleive they are above the law and WILL knowingly let a sub standard property.
Said property has failed at basic standards.This has been confirmed by a housing official but zone choose to think they can talk you down and not act in any whatsover.
