I would not recommend their services at all, not as a landlord or as a tenant. Our dealings with them have been a nightmare.

The flat was given to us in an un-clean state. requested for it to be cleaned. Was told that it had been cleaned but there was still pretty visable dust and dirt around on walls etc.
Written in acceptence contract that a new washing machine be supplied. it wasn't and having to use an old one.
was not told electricity was prepay until contract signed.
emailed the agent 5 days ago asking for details on bank transfer details for rent. no answer. called them and was told they don't know how we are to pay rent.

receieved a poor service overall from these people.
