I engaged Lawrence & Co to manage my property for 2 years whilst overseas, during this time they were late making tenants payments to my bank account.
Took 8 months before providing a statement of payments.
Did not provide an inventory which I requested on many occasions in spite the 2 changes of tenants.
Did not provide a copy of the gas certificate for the new agents which I paid for.
Informed utilities companies that outstanding bills were to be paid by myself, regardless that these charges were for tenants they had been paid to manage.
