Parking Shop

The worst business I have been to. I dread every time I need a new permit or parking ticket. The queue is long and slow moving, the service is awful. The staff are miserable, very unhelpful and will go by the letter of the law and not common sense. Don't expect help or leeway. Also never any pens!

This is the most inefficient business I have ever come across. The phone is never answered, can't find their opening hours and when you finally get to speak to someone in the office they don't know what they are doing and mostly do not speak very clear English. If I ran my business like this I would go bankrupt. How come they take so much money off us residents but are incapable of offering a satisfactory service?

Do they not know how to use a telephone, as they never answer it?
