I used I&S locksmiths for fitting a new front door, locks & letter box and also having window locks fitted.I must say that the work carried out, by a young tall man whose name escapes me, was very impressive. He was very tidy and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definately use again.

i have now used I&S several times and i find their services very reliable. Alan, the employee i have a preference of using is extremely well mannered and friendly. he is skilled at his profession he has helped in numerous ways not only in hes profession but has also completed some carpentry work.

Every time I come to get keys cut here, they are closed. Afternoon time prior to 4pm..mornings after 9am..with no sign to inform customers exactly what is happening. Very disappointing.

I have used the local Locksmith for many years and find that the service you get from them is top class, as for the review of dec 09 only can but think they must have very busy as i have had many call out with them and they have never failed to turn up. i have also recommend them to many people and they have never been let down.

I would use these people for any lock problem and key cutting that you need.

Unfortunately my experience of this shop wasnt positive. I went into the shop and discused what I wanted and was promised tha their colleague who wasn't available that week would come to my property (first thing in the morning) the following week to complete work that would have cost me about £50 in total.

What do you know, he never arrived and I never received a telephone call from them. I tried telephoning the shop at least three times that day but to no avail and so 1 1/2 hours after the planned arrival I gave up and wne to work.

I'd say that they arent that interested in carrying out small jobs, which is fine with me as I'd never use them or recommend them again after their less than poor approach to customer service.
