They got my T-shirt printing completely wrong and cannot follow very simple instructions. When I politely requested a refund for the mistakes I was met with unfriendly and obnoxious behaviour and language from the owner, who swore at me, told me to get out of her shop and snatched the incorrectly printed T-shirts out of my hand stating ‘they’re mine, so I’ll keep them’ her face going bright red with rage and almost pulling me over the counter as she did so. No such thing as good service or manners here. Snatching, shouting and swearing at customers. Disgusting. I would recommend that you do not purchase from this ‘establishment’ if you can call it that unless you want to be left dissatisfied, upset and back at square one!

I have been using the shop for years for all my workwear and embroided clothing, they are honest with recommendations and provide a great service with all the best most durable brands.
