I’m so Glad we did The booking was easy and helpful the driver was courteous and a careful driver and the car was clean and spacious for a family of four and luggage

Terrible company, please don't use
Booked in advance for early pick up. They didn't arrive and I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone. Eventually I received a text to say they could no longer take my booking!!! By this time no other taxi could get me to station to make my train.
They even had the gall to call 20mins later and nonchalantly asked if wanted to share a cab to Euston just so they could make more money!! I can't describe how angry I am with them and their complete disregard for the concerns of passengers that trusted them.
I will now miss my meeting and have to pay for another train ticket, pay over the odds for Uber (at least they did come) & spend the morning worrying. I would have Made my train if they had juhad the care to tell me immediately or beforehand

Booked a cab to pick up from Stanstead to Balham via their app at least a week in advance. No-one there and it was 12.30am so we had not choice but to pay over the odds for another taxi home. Would not recommend. Will not use again.

Terrible service. We phoned this company with plenty of notice to pick us up from the airport. No one was there when we arrived, we had to call the company and they told us the driver was running really late. No one had even bothered to try and contact us, we had to chase them. Supposed to be a smooth and easy service. Will not be using this company again.

We used 5000 cars for a journey to St Pancaras. We were so impressed that we rang them to collect us on our return trip. The fare was very reasonable, the service fantastic and the drivers very polite. Can't fault them and will definitely use again.

Used 5000 Minicabs yesterday for a drop off and pick up to town. They are capable of picking up in Balham at the time booked, but unable to stick to an appointment for the return journey booked for midnight.
At 11:20 I received a text to say my car had been dispatched, however at a couple of minutes to midnight I was contacted by the driver who clearly wanted an early finish than to do this job. He lied about his estimated arrival time trying to make it sound worse so I would cancel and was rude on the phone. By this time it was clear he wasn't turning up, so after wasting our time and souring the end of the evening, we jumped in a black cab, much more dependable!
I wouldn't rely on these people to keep their promises, which is a shame as without that they don't really offer much benefit over alternatives.
Disappointed.
