Booked a cab every day for a week for the same distance...everyday i was charged £10 and one day one of the drivers decides the right fare was £12, called the office and they confirmed £12, when actually untill the day before they said £10! They didn't even say they raised the price, they just said that was the right charge....they may offer a good and punctual service, but be careful with the prices, they tell you something on the phone and then when you reach your destination they ask for more!!!
