Didn’t show up for a 4:00am booking to Heathrow. You would think companies like this would be working hard to gain customers in this difficult financial climate. Thanks Uber for getting me to my flight on time.

Giving people a price for taking them to the airport then when they turn up at the cab office in the middle of the night, slapping them with a per bag charge is absolutely unacceptable! You know people are going to the airport and will have bags and yet this is not mentioned in your quote. You wait until it's the middle of the night and they have no choice but to pay is preying on people and conning them out of more money. Scandalous!
