Exclusive Car Service

After the horrible experience of paying for a cab that just didn’t show, I am now, 5 days later, fighting for a refund. Why? They say that they were actually closed at the time I placed the order and so it is my fault! They are unbelievably unprofessional and rude. I have never experienced anything like it! I don’t know how such strange, illogical and semi literate people can run a business! If they were closed, how was I able to place an order and how was it possible for them to take my money?! Now, in a shocking new and bizarre twist, they are claiming that they never got my payment! Obviously I have the transaction from my bank going to them so, how they can argue this is beyond comprehension. In fact these guys are just beyond comprehension in general. They take your booking and money and then blame you for booking with them! They are trying to make out that I, a vulnerable woman, stranded on the street alone at night was being unreasonable for calling and sending messages chasing up my cab. They deny ever receiving payment and their dude calls you names, shouts at you and hangs up on you! They said that I was shouting and swearing at their controller which is not true and I recorded our conversations! He called me a prat amongst other things, shouted, was really aggressive and hung up on me. They are missing the whole point. They took money and did not provide the service so It’s really very simple: all they had to do was apologise sincerely and refund immediately, but no. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This is our third trip to London. Every time we come to this great city I schedule a Taxi from here for our transportation needs. They really makes us feel welcome to The Big London City . I want to say a huge THANK YOU to the driver number 54 (Gabriel) , because all the time he is courteous, prompt, polite, and has a great knowledge of Central London Area.

Wow this cab service took me all the way from the Southend airport to my sister's house in Croydon. Very very easy to book my trip and also was very reliable. Driver also took the shortest route possible! I also used it on the way back from my sister's house to the airport after my weekend trip was over!! Great service! I want to say huge thank you to your manager Kristina, she is such an inspiration! She handle our questions and queries in the best possible way!

A brilliant service. I selected the best priced cab service from central London to Gatwick early in the morning. Cheaper and quicker than Gatwick Express for 2 people and picked up from my door on time.

We were very happy with Exclusive Car Service for many trips during our stay in London. Always on time and very courteous. A credit card charge was posted when the driver thought it was not working. We then paid cash. The credit card was refunded when we brought it to their attention. The car service made our wedding weekend very enjoyable.

Yesterday I left my wallet in one of your cabs, number 2210 and he was wonderful. I had business cards in my wallet and not only did he call me repeatedly and leave messages, he also had another passenger email me from her phone to tell me he had my wallet. I got in touch with him this morning and he was at my office within 10 minutes to return my wallet. Absolutely nothing was missing, not even a penny. He made me check it in front of him just so I would know he took nothing. He was absolutely amazing and I am so lucky that I got it back let alone with everything inside. I am so grateful to h

Terrible company - the number of times friends have been quoted a price and then told it's more at the end of the journey is insane - same thing just happened to me - I was quoted a price an then at the end of the journey the price increased by 40% at the end of the journey - avoid this company at all costs - get a black cab or use an alternative - poor poor poor

I use them as much bcz their cars are clean. I've had no problems so far with them. I had forgotten my bag one Friday night, but next day i collected it from the office. I recommend them tottaly!
