Please please avoid, booked a pick up from Luton airport have the flight details, they decided to change our pick up time and arrived 37mins late on top of it I told them I wouldn’t pay the full amount as my 1 year old froze outside in the cold and they tried to threatened me I wouldn’t pay.

My family and I have been using euro cars for nearly 7 years now and before recent their services were great as they considered me being a single mother of 2 and would help us in & out of the cars etc. And assisted my disabled & blind mother very well. My main cause for concern is that this has changed & have encountered several very rude drivers. They claim to be outside the address but are a whole road away & persist to tell us we are wrong & then HANG UP phones on people even after they have been proven wrong. Their inconsideration & rudeness caused people to actually breakdown and CRY
